Architecture with Marshmallows
This week the Washindi Village (6-8th grade) at Jamaa Learning Center competed to create the tallest and strongest towers using only toothpicks and marshmallows. Each tower was measured and tested for strength by placing weights on it to see how much each the structure could withstand. The scholars designed some unique towers, such as 'The Porcupine', and had a blast eating the leftover marshmallows after the competition!
